Managing Attorney

At an early age, Elizabeth discovered her passion for trial advocacy. She received a full scholarship to attend the University of Toledo, where she received a BS degree in Paralegal Studies. Upon graduation, Elizabeth was awarded departmental honors and was the only summa cum laude graduate of her class.

Elizabeth also attended The University of Toledo College of Law on a full scholarship. Throughout high school, college, and law school, she was an active member of her school’s respective trial advocacy program. Elizabeth acquired a variety of legal experiences through internships with a local law firm, major corporation, and the government at local, county, and federal levels. She graduated law school cum laude, and was elected to The Order of Barristers by faculty for her demonstrated skill in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.

Following law school, Elizabeth accepted a position at a law firm in Toledo, where she practiced primarily family law. With the tremendous assistance and experience of Destiny Morr, Elizabeth went on to found Evergreen Law, LLC. There, she strives to provide her clients with individualized, quality legal representation.

Elizabeth recognizes the importance of family and cherishes any time spent with her own. She and her husband look forward to sharing every evening and weekend with the couple's three dogs: Conan, Clover, and Sophie.
