Destiny moved to Toledo in 2018, after accepting a position at the local rape crisis center, where she helped victims navigate the legal system. Destiny assisted victims with Civil Protection Orders, obtaining representation for family law matters, and advocating for victims in the hospitals and courtrooms. She also assisted student victims with Title IX accommodations and attended Title IX and/or disciplinary hearings to advocate on their behalf. Working with victims within the legal system is what pushed Destiny to finish pursuing her law degree.

In her second year of law school, she took a position at the Toledo Municipal Court, spending the next two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Timothy C. Kuhlman.

Before graduating, Destiny accepted a job at a local law firm, where she was tasked with creating and directing a new family law program. She has since graduated from law school and while studying for the bar exam, she made the decision to join Attorney Quinn, in establishing Evergreen Law LLC., where she will continue her journey as a licensed family and criminal law attorney. Destiny also hopes to expand her practice and give back to the community by again helping victims of sexual assault.

Destiny loves to travel with her husband and share their adventures through her love of photography. While at home, she loves spending time with her five savannah cats: Armani, Maverick, Dawson, Cipher & Phoenix.
